hanbok day
Blogging has been very light lately. I'm hoping this will change after the physics GRE in November. In the meantime, Saturday is Chuseok, Korea's Thanksgiving/harvest festival holiday. It's the most family-oriented Korean holiday--I'm told that Seoul practically shuts down while everyone travels back to their hometowns to gather with their family and honor their ancestors, both living and dead. To celebrate, all the pre-K and kindergarten students came to school in their hanboks today!

We get Friday off as well, and I'll be traveling to Chuncheon to be with my birthmother and her family for the weekend. Happy Chuseok everyone!
